Which methods of payment do you accept?
There are three main payment methods to choose from:
Credit Card
Payments are taken via a third party payment system.
Purchase goods online without having to give out your credit card details.
Compatible with all major credit and debit cards.
Bank Funds Transfer
United Kingdom and European Union only. Send money from your bank account. Please contact me about this option.
Cheque / Postal Order
United Kingdom only in British Pounds only.
What delivery methods are there?
I use Royal Mail to deliver orders.
Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail Airmail.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. the Delivery / Package / Handling charge is automatically calculated during the purchase process.
All goods are dispatched by Second Class Post in padded parcels. The rates are as follows:

How long does delivery take?
Most items are dispatched within 5 working days.
All orders are dispatched using Second Class Mail.
UK delivery times average 1 - 3 working days.
Europe delivery times average 3 - 7 working days.
USA delivery times average 7 - 14 working days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as Internal Customs and postal delays.
Orders purchased by cheque or bank transfer will be dispatched when payment is received and cleared.
Virtual Items
All Sales are Final. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the service you are not able to cancel any purchases of downloads after you have confirmed payment. Downloads may not be returned for any reason unless they are defective. In exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
Items delivered virtually do have to be produced so they incur a production and delivery fee, someone has to take the time to send it to you, this will be charged at £1.85 per item, this is not refundable
Adequate sound clips are supplied on product pages of this website to give you sufficient evaluation of the music contained on the CD. If you wish to return your order, please contact us in the first instance, explaining your valid reason. The order must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in its original SEALED condition to be eligible for a full refund (not including original delivery costs). If the CD is unsealed, then you lose the right to return, unless the CD was damaged in transit. You, the customer, are responsible for the return delivery cost. The full postal address can be found enclosed with your order.
All refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
Payments andd Delivery Addresses
At SMART I always do my very best to process your order as soon as possible. Please make sure the address you give us has no spelling mistakes as we cannot be held responsible for orders going astray due to incorrect postal information. When your order is placed I am notified whether your postal/shipping address is "confirmed" or "unconfirmed". If an "unconfirmed" address is stated in the email from the payment agency, I will email you to confirm your postal details. Although SMART prefers to dispatch to a "confirmed" postal address if I do not receive a reply from you after 5 working days then I will dispatch the order and SMART WILL NOT be held responsible for items going astray. However, SMART will do everything in their power to help resolve the issue.
Payment agencies charge fees for sending and receiving payments, I incur fees for taking your payments and for making refunds,I have no control over this
Lost or Damaged Items
Not all of the items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You have to specify if you want your item to be sent via tracked delivery, if no instruction is received item will be sent norma post. SMART WILL NOT be held responsible for items going astray if sent with no tracking.
If you do not receive the item please contact me FIRST, you can do this via email or telephone, or contact information is on the 'contact' page. I will then investigate and then we will send another item out, when the lost item is either returned or credited to me..
Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, providing that the address is a verified address with The Payment Agency I do not accept responsibility or liability for delivery's that are lost when sent to an unconfined or verified address.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes of course! As I use secure third party payment processors like Fast Spring to process credit card and debit card orders, I NEVER have any access to your credit card information at all. No credit card information is EVER stored in the web site database.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your financial and Pay Pal account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. I do not store any details of transactions or information, payments are carried out by a third party and they may choose to store information about your transaction.
Why can't I get the preview songs to play?
If your chosen song won't play or if you are receiving an error, this means that you haven't got a recent version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your system. It is recommended that you download and install Windows Media Player 9 or above.Cick here to download it FREECan I hear a longer demo?
Sorry I cannot provide full tunes or longer demos, the demo tunes are played at a slow speed for demo purposes only and are locked to prevent theft and missuse. You will receive the full high quality tune on purchase.
My order has arrived broken. What shall I do?
If your order arrives damaged.. Simply contact us , telling us the problem and I will get on to it.
If there is a problem with the disc itself, please return the CD. Simply contact me telling the problem and I will send you a new disc once I have received the damaged one.

New Close Sounding Chime
The musical box sound closely resembles that produced by a typical clockwork musical box. We can create almost any tune.
